20/10/2007 · TPT in Lotería Beats Mixtape Vol. 1

While TPT rock the house in Amsterdam's Paradiso and the Frankfurt Book Fair, a session including TPT's Sonido Total (Million Guitar Remix) has been released in the USA by Raúl Campos, one of the most influential djs of the latin alternative scene. TPT appeared in his KCRW show Nocturna early this year and join Raúl on his first session release. Also appearing: Sergio Mendes, Thievery Corporation, Nortec Collective and David Byrne.

The first oficial live recording by TPT, LIVE from SoHo, has been released. It includes two acoustic traces and seven electronic live versions. Live in Soho is a series of concerts that have been recorded in the Apple Store in Soho, NYC. Other artists appering on the LIS series: Kinas of Leon, The Decembrists, The Rapture, The Good, The Bad & The Queen, Cold Wr Kids and many more. It is only available on iTunes.

TPT spend the weekend in Catalonia, playing at the Mercat de Música Viva de Vic and at Sala del Cel in Girona. The concert  in Vic will be on Friday the 14th and Girona on Saturday the 15th. See you there!

As you can see on this recent cover of La Vanguardia's Magazine and the images we have added, Alejandro Sanz is wearing the same shirt that Professor Manso was wearing during intreviews some months ago. We hope that Ricky Martin doesn't copy Mister Furia's hawaian shirts.

05/09/2007 · MORE COLOURS! in America

While TPT were in Argentina  for the second time, presenting MORE COLOURS!, the album started to climb the charts in the USA. In the week of release it made number 3 at emusic and number 16 at itunes latino. TPT also used the visit to Buenos Aires to attend the opening of BAFIM (Buenos Aires International Music Fair) where MORE COLOURS! was the most talked about album.

There's been a lot going on this summer and we've missed a few. But we would like to pass over pinker info from the summer that's arriving to us now. On July th 29th Sonido Total (The Million Guitar Remix) was used as background music on the super popular series Entourage. It was on chapter 49 of the 4th season, called "The day fuckers".

If you're a TPT fan and you're into racing as well, this is your game. FORZA 2: MOTORSPORT was released on June the 8th for XBOX and includes two TPT traces: Sonido Total and Karma Hunters.

27/08/2007 · Una Mà de Contes, national culture prize

The series of animated stories, produced by TVC (Televisió de Catalunya) and directed by Manel Barrios won the National Audiovisual Prize given by the Department of Culture and Media of the Catalan Government. TPT took part in the award winning season of the series, writing music for five of the stories.

26/08/2007 · TPT in Argentina

TPT finish the summer with a new trip to Argentina, where MORE COLOURS! has just been released. They will play two shows (Crobar on the 31st and Peteco's on the 1st) to present the album.

25/08/2007 · TPT and The Simple Life

The TV series starring Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton has produced a digital compilation of camp songs. TPT participate with their electrofunk version of When the Saints. The best part is a part of the proceeds goes to the Children's Miracle Network, that treats 17 million children annualy.

22/08/2007 · MORE COLOURS in United States

MORE COLOURS! was released in America on August the 22nd. Although the european version of the album is presented as a double CD, the american release contains one disc, which is a resume of the other two. But the full tracklist is available on iTunes.
You can find full information about the tour and the album on our new MORE COLOURS! myspace page www.myspace.com/morecolours. In the rest of the World, the album will be released on October the 2nd.

TPT are back from their tour in the USA, which has been a great success. Here's the classic photo collage of the tour and the LA Weekly review, one of the best the band as ever had.
They also had a full page on Puerto Rico's most important newspaper, El Nuevo Día.

15/06/2007 · TPT in Canada

Toronto's North by North East is Canada's most important urban festival. Last weekend TPT went to perform there and, as they did in South by South West in Austin (Texas), they played several shows: three in 24 hours. On friday they had an early start with an acoustic set at CIUT radio. In the evening they rocked the El Mocambo, where The Rolling Stones and Elvis Costello have recorded live albums. The next day they placed Dundas Square in the afternoon and The Opera House in the evening. And of course, here is Professor Manso's photo collage.

Some days ago, the track Sonido Total was placed in a club scene of the ABC series Ugly Betty, based on the colombian superhit Betty la fea. It happenend in episode 22, called A tree grows in Guadalajara.

23/05/2007 · More Colours!

The long awaited remix album of The Million Colour Revolution, More Colours! will be out in Northamerica on August the 22nd and the rest of the world on October the 2nd. In Spain and Argentina it will be released as a double album. Both versions include remixes and versions by artists that TPT have come across on their tours around the World, and some rarities that make it a must have for pinkermaniacs.

After the triumph at the Málaga Film Festival, the video for Karma Hunters, directed and animated by El Miku, has won the LAUS prize to the best video clip of 2007.

03/05/2007 · TPT in LA, part 2

In this last trip to LA, TPT played with Lily Allen, The Shins and Travis at A Sounds Eclectic Evening, a fundraising festival organized by KCRW at the Gibson Amphiteatre. They also were Nic Harcourt's guest at KCRW's The Morning Becomes Eclectic. They recorded an interview, including an acoustic and an electronic set. Next thursday the 3rd, TPT will publish the first of a series of four articles, at the newspaper AVUI. The articles will appear every two weeks. Written by Mr. Furia and ilustrated with pictures by Professor Manso, these travel stories reveal a completely new side to their adventures around the globe.

The new TPT single is out! It's called The Million Colour Revolution like the album and has a video clip by director David Navas. The single includes a very special b side: a cover of the song by the new sensation from Moscow, Eliza Poppinzz. They're the coolest thing that has happened since Vidal Sassoon cut Mary Quant's hair. 02/04/2007 · Karma Hunters meets Chicas Project!

Karma Hunters has been cosen for as the main theme for the second season of the reality show Chicas Project for the american TV station MUN2. To celebrate this second season, a CD compilation has been released, including two TPT traces: Karma Hunters and Beyond Nostalgia. The CD is Nacional Records release and will be in the shops on the 8th of May.

29/03/2007 · Karma Hunters wins in Malaga Film Festival

On March the 17th, the clip of Karma Hunters, directed by Albert Martinez (El Miku), won the prize for the best videoclip at the Malaga Film Festival. On its 10th anniversary, the Festival seems to be a reference in spanish video creation.

23/02/2007 · TPT great success in Barcelona

The three concerts TPT have played in Spain to celebrate the return from their long tour, have proved that the nickname "those who are not prophets in their own land" definitely belongs to the past.
